Just Bring your
Live Scan Form and Valid ID
Rolling fee $35 and Government fee is separated.
Usually, DOJ fee $32, FBI fee $17 extra, depends on your level of services.
Bring your Live Scan Form
Please make sure you clearly understand the purpose of your live scan, including your ORI number and application type. Typically, the requesting agency will provide you with the specific live scan form you need.
If you have a contract code (OCCF, NJZB... etc.), Since the payment has already been made, there is no amount for you to pay at our store.
If you have a billing number, government fee will be waived but you still need to pay for the rolling fee $35.

Bring your government-issued photo ID.
After fingerprinting, we send them off digitally immediately, and then the results are sent to the requesting agency, employer, or licensing board.
BACKGROUND CHECK STATUS
The Applicant Background Check Status provides the applicant with a view of the fingerprint background check status; this status is not an indication of the employment or licensing status. The review of an applicant’s criminal history is only one piece of an agency’s process in making a suitable determination.
The ATI Number and Date of Birth are required to perform a search.
An applicant may otherwise request a status of their fingerprint background check only with the agency that requested their background check.
