Notary Public Services: Commissioned and Insured
At PostalAnnex, we offer the services of a commissioned and insured Notary Public. From real estate deeds to contracts, and from loan documents to affidavits, our notaries are ready to professionally finish your document.
Be prepared to sign your documents with your notary:
- Bring a valid, government issued photo ID with you when you visit for notary services.
- Be sure to bring all of the documents that need to be notarized with you.
- Be sure the documents are complete and ready for signature. If you need legal advice, please consult an attorney. The notary public is prohibited from helping you to prepare, complete, or understand legal documents.
Documents that can't be Notarized
Birth/Marriage/Death Certificate
For vital records documents such as birth certificates, marriage certificates, and death certificate the requestor should visit the local agency that holds these documents, such as a local county clerk.
Certificate of Naturalization
If you are required to provide an “authenticated” copy of your Certificate of Naturalization or Certificate of Citizenship to someone outside of the U.S. government, you must make an appointment with your local USCIS office to authenticate your photocopy of your certificate.
